The Well is a church in Salisbury, Maryland, serving the Lower Eastern Shore and surrounding region. We are dedicated to helping as many people as possible become well in every area of life by helping the world see God well.
Our church is centered around two core convictions. First, we believe God desires to make you whole through a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Second, we believe God desires to use your transformed life to bring hope, healing, and impact to the world around you.
At The Well, we believe church should be more than a place you attend. It should be a place where you encounter God, grow in truth, find meaningful community, discover purpose, and become equipped to make a difference. MEET OUR PASTORS
Apostle Tim and Pastor Asia Palmer serve as the lead pastors of The Well in Salisbury, Maryland. Together, they are committed to helping people experience Jesus, develop healthy lives, grow in spiritual maturity, and become equipped to influence their families, communities, and world.
Their heart is to build a church where people can be healed, discipled, developed, and empowered; a church where faith is lived out beyond Sunday; and a church where every generation can discover what it means to live well, love well, learn well, and lead well.
Through biblical teaching, authentic community, spiritual formation, leadership development, and practical care, they are dedicated to creating a culture where people encounter God and become whole.
