ROOTED moves discipleship from primarily personal formation into relational formation.God forms us personally, but He does not intend to form us privately.This module explores what it means to belong to healthy spiritual family while maintaining responsibility, boundaries, maturity, and accountability.Participants will explore spiritual family, relational formation, Scripture, The Well’s DNA, doctrine, WORTHY culture, partnership, and Circle Leadership.The current ROOTED architecture is intentionally designed to answer three questions:What am I becoming part of?What are we committed to becoming together?How does this spiritual family actually function?Big Idea:The Christian life is personal, but it was never designed to be private.
